Enable Mobile Notifications

Install Control Tower on your phone, then enable alerts from Settings. This lets Control Tower send high-risk conversation notifications to the device you use every day.

On iPhone, notifications work only after Control Tower is added to the Home Screen and opened from that icon. On Android, install the app from Chrome or add it to your Home Screen.
iPhone and iPad

iOS Safari

  1. 1Open Safari and go to controltower.live/dashboard.
  2. 2Tap the Share button.
  3. 3Choose Add to Home Screen.
  4. 4Tap Add.
  5. 5Open Control Tower from the new Home Screen icon.
  6. 6Go to Settings -> Notifications, tap Enable, and allow notifications.

Requires iOS 16.4 or later. Use Safari for installation; other iOS browsers cannot add the notification-ready app.

Android

Chrome

  1. 1Open Chrome and go to controltower.live/dashboard.
  2. 2Tap the menu button in the top-right corner.
  3. 3Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
  4. 4Confirm the install.
  5. 5Open Control Tower from the app icon.
  6. 6Go to Settings -> Notifications, tap Enable, and allow notifications.

Chrome may also show an install prompt automatically. If notifications are blocked, enable them in Android app or site settings.
