Control Tower is a subscription software service for Intercom support teams. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.
New accounts may receive a free trial before paid billing begins. You can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We generally do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades after a subscription period has started.

To request a refund review, contact us within 30 days of the charge at nouffer@gmail.com. Please include your account email, organization name, charge date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Payments may be processed by Paddle as our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of Paddle and your bank or card provider.
